Doctors Without Borders

Doctors Without Borders, abbreviated MSF (standing for Médecins Sans Frontières), is an international humanitarian aid agency founded in 1971. Each day, Doctors Without Borders provides medical care to people facing armed conflict, natural disasters, or severe epidemics in more than 65 countries around the world.

Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit, community-based program created to help people stay in their own homes and maintain an active, community life. Meals on Wheels offers meals and support to seniors who are homebound and aged 60 or older; caring for a spouse or partner with Alzheimer’s or other dementia, or recovering from an illness or surgery.

American Red Cross

The American Red Cross shelters, feeds, and provides emotional support to victims of disasters; supplies nearly half of the nation’s blood; teaches thousands of people each year to be safe, healthy, and ready for any emergency; provides international humanitarian aid; and supports military members and their families.

Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is a Christian faith-based charitable and religious organization. Its mission is to preach Jesus Christ’s gospel and meet human needs in His name without discrimination. The provision of social services, quality education, and spiritual development opportunities are all part of its ministry.
